Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

ORDER

At www.lenebjerre.com you can only order the goods that are available via our webshop. If you have questions about items that are not available on the webshop, you are welcome to contact us via e-mail at webshop@lenebjerre.com.

All prices are daily prices incl. VAT and other charges. When you shop on the webshop, the trade agreement is entered into in Danish. You will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you specified at the time of purchase. You will also receive an email and SMS with the shipment's tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped from our warehouse. It is not possible to view previous orders when logging in to the website.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You bear any return costs yourself.

Requests for cancellation must be communicated to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation.

Requests to use the right of withdrawal must be sent by email hello@simplegoods.dk. In the notification, your wish to use the right of withdrawal must be clearly stated.
